CITY OF LINDEN – ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE The City of Linden’s Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing as part of a special meeting agenda on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. within Council Chambers on the lower level of the Mill Building located at 201 North Main Street, Linden, Michigan, 48451.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear citizens’ comments on a request for a variance from the provisions of Section 154.158 of the City of Linden Zoning Ordinance to allow signage on The State Bank’s ATM structure which exceeds the maximum number, size and height allowances for ground signage.
